YCSD App
The updated YCSD app keeps families connected to what matters most, and now includes two-way messaging between families and school staff. From your smartphone or tablet, you can:

Contact Information
Providing schools with accurate contact information ensures you never miss important updates. Please make sure your child’s school has your current home address, phone number, and email. Student contact forms will be provided to all families at the start of the school year and should be returned as soon as possible.
Emergency Notification
In the event of an emergency, YCSD uses its rapid notification system to provide timely and accurate information to families. Please stay close to your preferred communication device (phone, email, or app) during emergencies to ensure you receive official updates.

Aspen Family Portal
Families can also access private student information online through the Aspen Family Portal. This secure web-based information management system is password-protected and will help to make communication among students, families, teachers, and administrators more efficient. Families can use the Aspen Family Portal to view student schedules, assignments and grades, as well as daily attendance records and family contact information.
Account information is provided to families during the enrollment process. If you have not received account access information, please contact your child’s school for assistance.
