Aspen Family Portal

Aspen is a secure, web-based school information management system. The York County School Division uses Aspen to maintain student educational records such as enrollment history, student directory information, attendance, student schedules and health data in accordance with state law. All parents are also provided an Aspen Family Portal account when a student enrolls in the division.

What You Can Do with the Family Portal

  • View students' schedules, including a list of his/her teachers
  • Monitor students' official grades
  • Review attendance information
  • Review emergency contact information

Important: Please Read before Creating an Aspen Account

  • Telephone numbers must have 12 characters including dashes (Eg. 555-555-5555).
  • You will receive an email titled "Welcome, Please verify your Aspen email address."
    • Please wait at least 30 minutes after receiving this email before clicking the verify your email address link.
    • You must verify your email address before you are allowed to logon to Aspen to view your child's information.
  • Review the account verification instructions before attempting to create an account
  • Contact your child's school's main office if you have any difficulties creating your account.
