Digital Toolkit

The YCSD Digital Toolkit is a collection of applications used and approved by the division for instruction and student learning, collaboration and organization, and communication. These digital resources are foundational for technology-enhanced instruction for both classroom and online distance learning. As new applications and resources are continuously emerging, teachers may identify additional online tools deemed educationally purposeful.

Below you can learn more about the approved digital tools, their purpose and description, intended users, how you can access it and whether you need an additional login/password.

To ensure the protection of student information, YCSD enters into a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) with educational technology providers. These providers operate as "school officials" under the Federal Education Privacy Rights Act (FERPA) solely in order to provide services for the benefit of students and the school division.
