Policy Manual & Regulations

The York County School Division is governed by the Policy Manual adopted and approved by the School Board. When necessary, policies are implemented through specific regulations. Superintendents may promulgate regulations without prior School Board approval unless board action is required by law or unless the board has specifically asked that certain types of regulations be given prior board approval. These policies and regulations are reviewed on a regular basis and posted on the division website upon approval and/or revision.
