The York County School Division is committed to ensuring all students graduate with the skills and knowledge to be successful and productive citizens in whichever career path they choose. Career coaches work with school counselors, classroom teachers and administrators to support YCSD Strategic Plan objectives and division initiatives related to career readiness. This includes developing and implementing career preparation experiences at the high school level to include identifying appropriate work-based learning opportunities for students and assisting students in pursuing academic and career objectives.
