Some schools have made adjustments to extra-curricular activities and programs this evening based on the forecast and are communicating those changes to their school communities. All YCSD athletics and activities scheduled for Saturday, January 11, 2025 are canceled. |
YCSD On-Time Opening - January 8, 2025Posted on: Tuesday, January 07, 2025All schools and office will open on time, tomorrow, Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Middle and high school students will follow a B Day schedule. |
YCSD Schools Closed - January 7, 2025Posted on: Monday, January 06, 2025York County and our surrounding area remain under a Winter Weather Advisory through Tuesday morning. Additionally, the National Weather Service is forecasting freezing of any remaining moisture on the roads overnight, with hazardous driving conditions expected through Tuesday morning. Therefore, all York County School Division schools and offices will remain closed on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, for all students and staff. Essential personnel will be notified by their supervisor regarding report times. |
YCSD Schools Closed - January 6, 2025Posted on: Sunday, January 05, 2025Due to the winter weather forecast and potential impact on road conditions in our area, all York County School Division schools and offices will be closed on Monday, January 6, 2025, for students and staff. Employees designated as essential personnel shall follow supervisor direction. All Monday athletic and after-school activities are also canceled. |
