Online Payments/Forms

The York County School Division has several options available for parents to make online payments or complete forms.

Rycor

Rycor is an online form and payment management system. YCSD will use this system to have parents complete many annual forms to reduce paper waste and improve efficiency. Schools may use this system for payments such as field trips, class dues and more.

Parents will need to create an account in order to sign forms and make payments.

Student Meal Accounts

York County School Division has implemented an online payment service that will give parents additional information about their child's school cafeteria account.

With the service, MySchoolBucks, parents have the option of paying online or continuing to pay by cash or check at the school. In each instance, parents may use the service to monitor balances and set up email alerts when balances are low. Parents also can view what their children are purchasing each day. Is your child spending his lunch money quickly? Through MySchoolBucks, parents can place restrictions on a la carte items to limit spending.

If you have questions about MySchoolBucks, visit their online frequently asked questions section.

Athletic Participation Fees

The York County School Division's approved operating budget includes an athletic participation fee per season for middle school and high school sports. Fees collected by the division will be used to defray the cost of equipment, supplies, officials, transportation costs, and Virginia High School League membership fees.

Athletes who try out and become an official team member will be required to pay the participation fee prior to the first official contest in order to be eligible to compete. There is no relationship between athletics fees and a guarantee of student playing time. Playing time for athletes is at the sole discretion of the head coach and his/her staff. The athletics participation fee is non-refundable. The fee will be waived for students who qualify for free or reduced price meals.

Athletic Participation Required Forms

In order for students to participate in any extracurricular physical activity, each student-athlete and the student athlete's parent or guardian shall review, on an annual basis, information on symptoms that may lead to concussions as well as Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SAC) provided by the school division. After having reviewed the materials, each student-athlete and the student-athlete's parent or guardian shall sign a statement acknowledging receipt of such information.

Additionally, a completed VHSL Athletics Physical Examination Form is required each school year dated after May 1 of the preceding school year and is good through June 30 of the current school year.

We are partnered with Envision Payment Solutions for the recovery of returned checks. If your check is dishonored by the bank, a service fee will be assessed in accordance with state law. In providing a check as payment, you authorize electronic representment if your check should return unpaid. Also, you authorize service charges and processing fees as allowed by state law to be debited from the same account via paper draft or electronic funds transfer. Envision can be contacted at 877-290-5460.
