Third Graders at GBES Organize Holiday Collection for the Troops

As an outgrowth of a third grade social studies project on Veterans Day, students in third grade at Grafton Bethel organized a collection of seasonal items to send to the troops for the holidays. Seventeen boxes are being shipped to the Support2theTroops organization. Items collected included holiday candy, cards, gift wrap, bows, videos, cards made by the students, stockings, holiday decorations, and a huge handcrafted flag.
