Making a ProfitPosted On: Thursday, May 10, 2012 |
Mt. Vernon Elementary School (MVES) students decide which donuts to purchase from Vivian Baggett's PEP class. The PEP classes have been working on a study of Goods and Services. Students studied how a product goes from raw materials to store shelf. They created a plan to set up a school donut shop, decided how to make the donuts, how much money was needed to start, what price to charge, and how to advertise. After expenditures were paid, students determined if a profit was made. |
