Students in Juli Semanski's Foundations Art class at York High School created drawings of celebrities while studying Photorealism in this introductory art class. They selected a small (4.5" x 6") black and white photo of a celebrity and enlarged it 4 times, using the grid method. Then they used pencil to create realistic 18" x 24" drawings. The pieces were then displayed in the York High media center.
