YCSD Strategic Plan Survey

The York County School Division is developing our next five-year strategic plan over the course of the 2021-22 school year and we are seeking community input. A strategic plan is the guiding document identifying the division’s vision, mission, values and long-term goals.

The division’s current plan expires at the end of this school year. We are proud of the progress we have made towards our current goals and are excited to begin building upon that work with the support and input of our community.

Employees, families, students, and community members of the public are invited to complete a brief survey as part of the guiding work in the plan’s development. Results from the survey, focus group events planned for this spring, along with other district data will help guide the development of the new Strategic Plan.
