YCSD Restores Bus Schedule and Routes

After adjusting student transportation this week, YCSD will return to bus routes and schedules that were previously in place. Beginning tomorrow March 4, families will see their familiar drivers at stops. Pick up and drop off times will return to those in place last week for all schools except Grafton Middle and Grafton High. These Grafton schools will use their original routes, with time adjustments for the new school hours that began this week.

The goal was to reduce the number of late buses each day while accommodating the transportation needs due to the alternating day schedule.

"Regrettably, Monday's changes had the opposite effect," said Dr. Jim Carroll, Chief Operations Officer. "We apologize for the confusion and frustration experienced by so many of our families, and we want to make this right, immediately."

You can confirm bus stop, route, and schedule information online by visiting the E-Link site to look up specific transportation information. This information will be updated at 6 p.m. tonight, and we encourage all bus riders to confirm their bus stop and times through this site.

• Select the "Students" menu at the top of the screen, then click on "View My Students"
• Click on the student's name
• Click on "Show Transportation Information" to view bus stop location, stop time and route package number
