Principal for a Day Program

The York County School Division will host its fourth annual Principal for a Day program on Tuesday, January 28. The program, which pairs local elected officials and community leaders with a principal, provides participants the opportunity to learn first-hand about the issues facing today’s educators and administrators. Activities will range from staff meetings, parent conferences, classroom observations, lunchroom and carpool duty, as well as the many unexpected events that occur every day. The day will conclude with a reception for all participants at the Freight Shed in Yorktown. The list of participants and their host school is provided below.
