GMS Principal Appointed

The York County School Division is pleased to announce that Tianna Anthony has been approved by the School Board to serve as principal of Grafton Middle School beginning January 2. She will replace Paul Rice as he assumes his new duties as principal at Tabb High.

Prior to joining the York County School Division in 2015, she worked in Hampton City Schools as a middle school teacher in both language arts and history. She has also served as a summer academy principal in both York County and Hampton.

Mrs. Anthony earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hampton University and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University.
