Theatre Performance at Seaford Elementary SchoolThe Seaford Elementary School (SES) PTA arranged for Virginia Rep On Tour to perform for students this month. Formerly known as Theatre IV, Virginia Rep On Tour is a nonprofit, professional theatre located in Richmond that sends actors to schools across the state to perform familiar stories, historical narratives and holiday specials. SES students enjoyed the production Benjamin Franklin’s Kite, an education play designed to bring history and science curriculum to life by telling the 250-year-old story of Ben Franklin rendering scientists “thunderstruck” with his discovery that lightning held electricity.
