Queens Lake Middle School Art Awards

Queens Lake Middle School students displayed their artwork in a juried competition during An Occasion for the Arts, an annual celebration of visual and performing arts, in Williamsburg this month. Queens Lake won first place for Youth Art and honorable mention awards went to Peter Dang, Taylor Mullins-Davis and Jason Shen. The award for middle school "Best in Show" was awarded to eighth grader Kaileigh Rivers for her self-portrait in charcoal. Congratulations Queens Lake Middle School artists!
