Posted On: Friday, September 30, 2016
Students in Robin Ship's third grade class at Bethel Manor Elementary School conducted a Wiggle Worm activity in science class. The students were asked three questions and had to give a hypothesis before performing the experiment. The students were placed in groups to answer the following questions using live worms: which environment do worms prefer? (wet or dry); which surface texture do worms prefer? (rough or smooth); and which lighting condition do worms prefer? (light or dark).
