Tout est Relatif/All is Relative

French II students from Yorktown Middle School (YMS) recently presented school projects at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. These students have worked all year on a project called: All Is Relative, also known as Tout Est Relatif, about the bias of history based on whose point of view it is presented.

Six teams of students spent the school year researching, writing, interviewing, creating and reflecting on a chosen American Revolutionary figure, culminating in presentations in both French and English from the historical figure’s point of view.

The projects will be displayed at the American Revolution Museum to coincide with Hermione's arrival in Yorktown the weekend of June 5-7.
