YHS Teacher Featured in Magazine

Amy Insley, theater teacher at York High School (YHS), has been honored by Coastal Virginia Magazine as a top teacher in Hampton Roads. This is the second consecutive year Insley has been featured in the magazine.

Teachers were nominated by students, peers and/or parents last summer with online voting taking place from in November and December. The ten individuals receiving the greatest number of votes are profiled in the February/March Education issue. Additionally, Farm Fresh has generously promised to award 5000 Bonus Points to each winning teacher as part of their Farm Fresh 1234 The Community, a program dedicated to supporting local schools and children.
