YMS Students Excel in World LanguagesPosted On: Friday, June 13, 2014 |
| Congratulations to the World Language students from Yorktown Middle School (YMS) who attained national recognition for their excellent performance on the 2014 National Spanish and French examinations. The exams give students of varying educational levels an opportunity to demonstrate their comprehension of these world languages as compared to students at similar educational levels. Nine YMS students earned medals in the competition, indicating they were in the top percentiles of students nationwide, with another 18 earning certificates of recognition for being in the top 50 percentile or above. |
