Tabb Middle School Science Program Receives Grant from AFCEA

Representatives from the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) visited Tabb Middle School (TMS) on Thursday, September 19, 2013. They spoke with students about their experiences in the STEM classes at TMS and then presented the school with a check for $5,000. These funds will be used to purchase iPads for the science program, start a coding and robotics club, and fund additional projects for the Ready, SET, Go (engineering/problem solving) class. TMS is deeply appreciative of AFCEA and industry sponsors.
