The guidance program at Yorktown Middle School is designed to promote academic, personal, and career development. Guidance counseling builds a foundation for learning based on the following:
Upcoming Events: January 30—distribution of Program of Studies February 5—parent university at YMS; 5:30—rising 7 and 8; 6:30—rising 6 February 11—6th grade registration by guidance counselors in the classrooms February 12 & 13—7th grade registration in the classroom by guidance counselor February 28—parent university at YHS for rising 9th graders; 6:30 March 6 & 7—high school guidance counselors come to YMS to register rising 9th graders.
