Mr. Leach is a native of Central City, Pennsylvania, and 2003 graduate of Juniata College.  At Juniata, he majored in Elementary and Special Education, and played football for 4 years.  Upon graduation, he moved to Virginia, and began his teaching career at Seaford Elementary teaching fifth grade.  He held that position for three years, before moving up to the high school to teach special education.  He also just got married in the summer of 2007.

Mr. Leach has also been an assistant football coach for the Falcons for the past 5 seasons .  He is currently attending the College of William and Mary to pursue a master’s degree in Educational Administration.
