Transportation:

Parents are responsible for transportation to and from tryouts and practices. No bus service will be provided

Weight Training:

As of June 26th, the THS weight room will be open for rising 8th graders only.

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Times: 1:00 pm to 2:15 pm

Running & Conditioning:

Wednesdays (9:30am to 11:00am) at TMS football field (Rising 7th graders are permitted and encouraged to participate in the conditioning on Wednesdays.

Physicals:

ALL players must have a VHSL sports physical before trying out.

Physicals can be received on the following date:

June 11th at Grafton High School

Physicals are $15.00

Instructors: THS and TMS football staff

All returnees and newcomers are encouraged to come to camp.

Registration forms will be available at the Tabb High School main office and the Tabb Middle School main office.

Equipment/Uniforms:

Players must have a mouthpiece & cleats. All other equipment is provided (with the exception of arm/hand pads & jockstrap). After making the team, each player will be expected to buy a team T-shirt ( to be worn under the team jersey). The cost will be approximately $10.

Water:

Water will be provided. However, all players are to bring water to all tryouts, practices and game. Depending upon the number of players participating, the supply may run low.
