Read Across America

On Dr. Seuss' birthday, the entire school said the Pledge of Allegiance in the gym wearing Tabb Cat in the Hats. provided by the TES PTA.

The Read Across America Challenge, to honor Dr. Seuss’ 104th birthday, will ran from February 2nd until March 2nd.  The York Education Association challenged all schools to accumulate 110 volunteer readers.  To accomplish this goal, TES had a plan to Team up and Read Across America.  Three teams will traveled across the United States, and back, each page read was a mile traveled.
On Monday March 3rd, students and teachers dressed as their favorite Seuss character.

There were Cats and more cats....

   Guest readers gave us interesting
facts about Dr. Seuss.
At the end of school on March 2nd, the entire school
D
ropped Everything and Read.

The TES cafeteria had its own challenge..  Tell them what "Tasty Tuesday" meant to you.

All roads lead to TES
