Thanks for taking the time to click on this link and learn something about your English teacher!  First of all, I absolutely LOVE my job.  I have been a teacher for almost 15 years now, and I look forward to each day. 
 
I grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, where most of my family still lives.  I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The College of William and Mary.  After graduating, I decided to make my home in Williamsburg, although I visit the Washington, DC area frequently.
 
I am married, have two great kids, and enjoy reading, baking, and eating chocolate (as you already know if you are one of my students!).  I also think flamingoes are pretty great, as well. 
 
I think it’s a privilege to be a teacher and truly enjoy the relationships I form over the school year.
