CLASS
RULES
- All
GHS Rules and Policies apply and will be enforced
- Students
will be respectful and courteous to each other and to teachers and
other adults
at all times
- Students
will arrive in class on time and be prepared for the day’s
activities – this
includes having homework, textbook(s), pen/pencil, paper, etc.
- Assignments
are due at the beginning of the class for which they are assigned or on
the day
the student returns to the class.
- Presentations
will be scheduled in advance to allow for adequate preparation time
with the
exception of impromptu assignments. Students who miss a scheduled
presentation
with an excused absence will be allowed to make up the presentation
when time
allows. He/she should be prepared to present on the first day back in
the
class.
- Students
who know they will need to leave the class before the end of the period
should
make arrangements to make their presentations before leaving. The same
is true
for field trips and other pre-arranged absences. Assignments should be
presented prior to leaving.
