Abbott and Fenner Scholarship
What:
Available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all
students currently registered in any accredited post secondary
institution.
How much:
$1,000.00
Criteria:
To apply for this
scholarship you will need to write an essay on one of the two topics
below.
Your submissions must be sent to us by email at scholarships@abbottandfenner.com
Discuss, in less than 1000
words, what you consider to be the single most important societal
problem? Why?
How has your education
contributed to who you are today or how will it affect who you will
become? In less than 1000 words, discuss this question.

Williamsburg Consort
What:
The Williamsburg Consort Scholarship
How much:
3 or more scholarships totaling at least $2,000
Criteria:
To apply for this
scholarship you MUST be a graduating senior during the 2008-2009
school year who is a member of the high
school marching band and/or concert band and play a woodwind, bass, or
percussion instrument planning to continue your music education. You
will need to write an essay, submit 2 letters of rec, and audition for
a panel of judges on Sept. 20, 2008
Deadline:
Scholarship apps must be returned by June 1, 2008.
