Criteria:
Must be a member of the NWS Federal Credit Untion with his/her own
account number as of 2/29/08. Applicant must be a graduating high
school senior. Each applicant must write an essay between 250-500 words
and include 3 recommendations.
Deadline:
Applicantion with essay and recommendations must be submitted no later
than February 29, 2008 to the NWS Federal Credit Union
