  Essay, "How sports made me a better person." Contribution to athletics and community, 3 letters of rec, individual must not recieve full financial assistance through an athletic scholarship, has respect of coaches, peers, and teachers

Criteria:
Must be a senior entering an accredited college, universit, trade or vocational school as a full time student.  Must be a dependent of one of the following:
-Active duty military, reservist, national guard or retired military working at Ft. Monroe, official HS transcript, essay, 2 letters of rec, photo.copy of student's military ID card See application for more criteria
