Grading Policy for World History One:
Grading for this course is delivered on a point basis. Points vary based on assignment expectations and vary from 5 to 100 points per assignment. Students will be assessed in a variety of areas, including Notebooks (Participation and Homework), Quizzes, Tests, and Projects (Individual and Group.) Please contact me with any questions about grading policies.

Timeline for World History One:
Quarter One: Introduction to the Social Sciences, Early Humankind, Early River Valley Civilizations, Early Classical Civilizations (India and China)
Quarter Two:
Late Classical Civilizations (Greece and Rome)
Quarter Three: Post Classical Civilizations (Byzantine Empire, Islam, Asian, African and American Developments)
Quarter Four: Early Modern Times (The Middle Ages and the Renaissance)
