1. Grading: Tests = 70% of grade

Quizzes = 10% of grade

Notebook = 10% of grade

Projects = 10% of grade

*Quizzes may be unannounced

2. Notebook required

Layout:

a. 1^st page is this page

b. Module as assigned - notes from overheads & lecture as well

as assigned questions from the book.

c. Each assignment must be labeled at the top with the date,

module number and page #’s when necessary.

d. Worksheets- dated and placed with the appropriate module.

e. Tests and quizzes placed in the notebook at end of each unit.

f. Notebooks will be checked at Mid term and at the end of the quarter.

3. Class Rules:

a. NO food or drinks in the classroom this includes candy.

b. Sit in assigned seat – must be in seat before tardy bell

c. Raise hand to speak – do not cut others off

d. No talking when assigned seat work or taking notes

e. Do not use phone or thermostat

f. Sharpen pencils before class.

g. Notebook is required at each     class meeting.
