• How to memorize:
Say a small part, for example a few vocabulary words OUT LOUD approx. 5-10 times to yourself.
• Add the next few words, in the same manner.
• Say all you've learned so far OUT LOUD.
• Add the next few words, in the same manner.
• Say everything again, OUT LOUD adding the newest words you've learned.
• Proceed OUT LOUD until all vocabulary is memorized.
• Next, look at the words in English. Try to remember the German.
• Say the definition OUT LOUD in German.
• Do this with a few words at a time until you know them.
• Add the next few words OUT LOUD.
• Say all you know so far OUT LOUD.
• Add a few more.
• Say them all OUT LOUD.
• Repeat until you know all vocabulary in German by looking at the English or a picture.

• Practice and Review OUT LOUD.

• Make and use study aids, such as flashcards and color-coded notecards, or drawings.

• Break your study time into small and manageable units. DO NOT CRAM!!!

• Use your class time well. Participate in class. Mentally practice in class, even if it's not your turn.

• Keep up with classwork and homework.

• STUDY DAILY.
