Students
will apply problem-solving skills to real-life situations through word
processing,
spreadsheet, database, and multimedia presentations.
Students work individually and in groups to
explore computer concepts, operating systems, networks and
telecommunications,
and emerging technologies.
CIS II
Students
will apply problem-solving skills to real-life situations through
integrated
software applications, including multimedia presentations, printed and
electronic desktop publications, and web site development.
Students will work individually and in groups
to explore advanced computer maintenance activities,
telecommunications,
programming, and networking.
Both of these classes are dual enrolled through
Thomas Nelson Community
College.
