Next year will be a very special year for your child.  We will begin working on both social and academic skills that your child will need to be successful throughout all of their school years. 

In kindergarten we will begin to help the children become more independent.  It is extremely helpful if kindergarten children are able to take care of their own needs including tying their shoes, blowing their noses, keeping track of their personal property, etc... 

Academically, we will be working on first and last name, address, age, phone #, and birth date.  We will also work with colors, shapes, and numbers to 10, alphabet recognition, sequencing, and the printing of their first name.
