- Desktop and laptop hardware from the U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $139,000 to York County School Division.
- $521.00 anonymously to BHS football program to purchase headphones and a Phillips AED unit with a five-year battery and defibrillator cabinet with alarm and training for up to eight people from the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
- $210.35 to WMES from the Target Take Charge of Education Program.
- $50.00 to QLMS discretionary fund from Mr. and Mrs. Reed Jordan and from Target $85.71.
- Donations totaling $4939.16 to GBES from GBES PTA.
- $151.40 from Target’s Take Charge of Education program to GBES.
- The following to GHS varsity cheerleading: $300.00 from AM East Corp.; $100.00 from Mac’s Heating and Cooling; and $500.00 from Ward Marine Enterprises.
- School supplies to MES from Crooks Memorial United Methodist Church .
- Magazines and books to GMS from Jesse Grooms, Jr.
- $1,000.00 to the SOA to assist with existing SOA programs from Patricia and Ronald Rapoport.
- Consideration of a motion to approve the minutes of the September 27, 2004 Special Meeting and the Special Meeting of October 11, 2004 .
- Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. 04-70 A Resolution of the County School Board of York County Declaring its Intention to Reimburse Itself from the Proceeds of One or More Grants made by the Commonwealth of Virginia for Certain Expenditures to be Made in Connection with Certain Capital Improvements .
