Financial Officer, to make approvals for the Division Superintendent in

the Department of Education OMEGA online and reimbursement

application process; both authorizations to be in effect for the period of

July 1, 2006 to July 30, 2007.

i. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 06-23 Committing Lottery and

State Construction Funds to Capital Projects for FY07.

j. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 06-24 Authorizing the School

Board Chairman, Division Superintendent and the high school

principals to apply for membership with the Virginia High School

League for school year 2006-2007. (Reading File A-4)

k. Consideration of a motion to authorize the Division Superintendent to

reimburse teachers, para-educators, and other designated staff for

purchases of supplies during FY06 in accordance with the Division

Superintendent’s recommendation and subject to the availability

of funds.
