• A 10’ x 12’ storage shed to the school division to be placed on Dare Elementary grounds to allow additional space for outside storage from Mr. Matt Meadows.

  a. Consideration of a motion to approve the minutes of the January 23, 2006 Regular meeting, the January 23, 2006 Special meeting and the January 25, 2006 Special Meeting.
  b. Consideration of a motion to authorize the Division Superintendent to transfer $1,000,000 from the FY06 Revenue Stabilization Reserve Fund to the School Capital Improvements Program fund as partial up-front funding of the cost of the addition and renovation of York High School.
c. Consideration of a motion to increase the FY06 School Division’s Capital Improvements Program revenue and expenditure budget by $112,500 from funds to be provided by New Horizons Regional Education Center (New Horizons) for architectural and engineering costs associated with the New Horizons facility addition at Yorktown Middle School.
