  b. Consideration of a motion to authorize the Division Superintendent to transfer $1,000,000 from the FY06 Revenue Stabilization Reserve Fund to the School Capital Improvements Program fund as partial up-front funding of the cost of the addition and renovation of York High School.

Consideration of a motion to increase the FY06 School Division’s Capital Improvements Program revenue and expenditure budget by $112,500 from funds to be provided by New Horizons Regional Education Center (New Horizons) for architectural and engineering costs associated with the New Horizons facility addition at Yorktown Middle School.
