I.          ACTION

a. Consideration of a motion to authorize the Superintendent to execute a contract to

purchase Centrex Telephone Service via the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) agreement with Verizon Virginia Inc. (Verizon) for providing administrative and classroom telephone service for the school division for the next three year period to commence on July 1, 2005. (Reading File A-1)

b. Consideration of Resolution No. 05-09 – A Resolution Authorizing Specific Procurement

c. Consideration of a motion to waive the fees for facility use for the Youth Orchestra of Colonial Virginia to use the band room at Grafton Middle School on Tuesdays, from February 1, 2005 through December 6, 2005.
