Aspen Family Portal

The York County School Division will now be providing private student information online through the Aspen Family Portal. This secure web-based information management system is password-protected and will help to make communication among students, parents, teachers, and administrators more efficient. Families can use the Aspen Family Portal to view student schedules, assignments and grades, as well as daily attendance records and family contact information.

Account Creation FAQs
Important: Please Read before Creating an Aspen Account

  • Telephone numbers must have 12 characters including dashes (Eg. 555-555-5555).
  • You will receive an email titled "Welcome, Please verify your Aspen email address."
    • Please wait at least 30 minutes after receiving this email before clicking the verify your email address link.
    • You must verify your email address before you are allowed to logon to Aspen to view your child's information.
  • Review the Account Verification Instructions before attempting to create an account
  • Contact your child's school's main office if you have any difficulties creating your account.
