     You will have four

Gases

You will become the "Matter Detective" and investigate the problem with the states of matter.  The world is counting on you to put the states of matter where they belong.  So put your coat and hat on and don't forget your spy glass  and find out what is the matter with matter. Gases

Step 1    Get a "What's the Matter?" Journal from your teacher or click here to print a copy.

Step 2  Click the links to learn about the states of matter. 

Step 3  Complete your "What's the Matter?" journal.

Step 4  Use Storybook Weaver to write a paragraph and create a picture that shows what you have learned about the 3 states of matter. (or you can do step 5)

Step 5 Get with a partner and devise a plan to put the states of matter the way are normanally.  Use your imagination and the knowledge that you have gained through this webquest to devise a plan.   Present your plan to the Class Committee.  The Class Committee will vote on the best plan to change the states of matter.
