MES Resources
Students
at Magruder Elementary
School will receive weekly instruction in
the
following resource areas: art, library, music and physical education. Fine Arts instruction includes active
learning in the visual arts and music, as well as performance and
exhibit
opportunities. Second grade will perform
a Winter Concert. Fourth grade will
perform a Recorder Program, and Fifth grade will participate in a
Rhythm Band. In the library resource
class, students
engage in research and reference activities. During
physical education students will participate in a variety of
lessons that will address the areas of physical fitness and
conditioning,
movement exploration, rhythmic activities and game skills.
