Dear
Parents and Students,
A chill is in the air, but we are heating it up in the classroom. We are busy this month with projects. Our February Book Report is a Cereal Box project due at the end of the month. Students will incorporate Virginia Studies to research a Famous Virginian. We will also be work in class to research great African Americans for Black History Month and creating Power Point presentations for our Science Habitat projects.
During the course of the day our schedule is very tight and most homework is a continuation of classwork. It is so important for each student to complete their homework each day and get it back. Please remember to encourage your student to read 15 minutes nightly, practice multiplication and division facts and come prepared each day to stay focused and ready to learn.
Thank you so much for your continued support and please feel free to contact me regarding your concerns.
