I am so pleased to be teaching your children this year!  Here is a bit of background on me that you may find interesting or helpful! 

I have a BS in Elementary Education from Illinois State University.  This is my 6th year of teaching here at Grafton Bethel.

I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful children.  We love living on the east coast, and have happily made Virginia our home.

I love to camp, hike and ski, and look forward to all of these activities when Fall approaches.  My favorite hobbies are reading and making stained glass.  I collect Polish pottery, pitchers, and unique Christmas ornaments.  My favorite book is Shel Silverstein's "The Giving Tree" and my favorite movie is "Sleepless In Seattle."

I look forward to a wonderful year of Kindergarten "magic"!
