Welcome to Grafton Bethel Elementary School

Hello! I am Luanne Nicks, the physical education teacher at Grafton Bethel and I enjoy teaching your children new games and activities that will keep them healthy for a lifetime. I have taught here for 21 years. I graduated from Old Dominion University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in P.E. I love all sports!!Softball, basketball and tennis are my all-time favorites! My hobbies include bike riding, baking, gardening and reading. I read the newspaper from front to back every day. My favorite movies are "The Big Chill" and "Fried Green Tomatoes."
