Welcome to Mr. Hurd's Biography Page. I am currently
in my 5th year of teaching. I taught 1 year in Chesapeake Public
schools prior to coming to Bruton. I am in my 4th year at Bruton
High School. Currently I am teaching Geometry and Math
Analysis. I went to
Lynchburg College where I played 4 years of baseball and earned a
degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education.
Following Lynchburg, I attended Regent University during my 1st year of
teaching and earned a Masters Degree in Education. Along with
teaching I am currently working in the weight room three days a week
with athletes of all sports at Bruton High School.
