Grafton High School has set credits for courses. Typically a year long class is worth one credit and semester courses are .5 credits. Some upper level courses are weighted.
Grading Scale:Courses taught in York County middle and high schools are assigned grade-point values as follows:A 92-100 4 pointsB 84-91 3 pointsC 75-83 2 pointsD 67-74 1 pointF 66 and below 0 pointsClass RankHigh School class rank is based upin the grades earned in courses for which high school credit is awarded. The Grade Point Average (GPA) for students earning non-weighted and/or weighted credit is calculated following a prescribed formula and established procedure found in the student handbook.... |
